18 & OVER: TENNIS PROGRAMS - SPRING 2012

TENNIS LESSONS - 4 weeks | 18 & older Participants will learn the core fundamentals for the practice of the sport, strategies (doubles and singles), and conditioning. CARDIO TENNIS - 4 weeks | 18 & older Cardio Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. Cardio Tennis includes warm-up, cardio workout, and cool-down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis! Classes meet twice a week for 4 weeks.
16 AND OVER: ULTIMATE FRISBEE - SPRING 2012

Join us at Franklin Park on Tuesdays 5:30- dusk for pick-up games. Summer League starts on 6/19.
16 AND OVER: VOLLEYBALL AND BASKETBALL OPEN GYM
Sac Middle School, Wednesdays 6:30-9:30PM, $3.00
